SANROS is an architecture and urban planning studio based in Barcelona. We work with developers, hotel groups, public authorities and private clients through the whole process, from advice on buying the land to handing over the finished building.

Refurbishment
Full refurbishment of residential and heritage buildings: structure, façades, services and compliance with current regulations, keeping the character of each building.

New build
Apartment buildings, houses, hotels and public facilities. We produce the basic design and construction documents and supervise the works through to handover.

Renovation & change of use
Converting buildings and commercial units to new uses — hotels, coworking spaces, care homes or offices — including the permits involved.

Urban planning
Detailed planning, special plans, urban improvement plans and amendments to general plans, in cooperation with public authorities.
